Whenever I get the chance, I love using illustration as a design solution, whether it’s more editorial or digital/app related. People are immediately drawn to cool imagery and it has the power to transform a brand or website’s ecosystem (look at Buck’s “Alegria” work & style guide for Facebook!) Most of all it’s a therapeutic way to practice my craft. My personal drawings are based on fictional narratives, visual puns, inspirational messages or scenes from books & film.
